If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us immediately to request an investigation. We’re here to help!
Do not dispose of any of your packaging materials as a UPS investigator may retrieve them. We will be unable to assist you further if the package materials are thrown away. We will need you to provide the following photos so that we can begin an investigation:
- A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packed inside the package. If items are missing, please provide a photo of the items you did receive as they were originally packed.
- A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number
- A photo of the outside of the package (showing any damage)
- A photo of the package showing information on box size/type (usually a round stamp)
Once we receive these photos, our team will review your request. If approved, we will open an investigation with the carrier and contact you with a resolution. Please note: Any resolution options will be provided at our discretion and we do not offer refunds
Please reach out to us within 60 days of the delivery date, as we are unable to open investigations with the carrier or offer a resolution after this time.
